    1. Introduction

    These terms govern your use of webweaverltd.com and any services provided by WebWeaver Ltd (Company Number: NI737200), registered in Northern Ireland.

    By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

    2. Services

    We provide:

    • Website design & development
    • Digital advertising management (Google & Facebook Ads)
    • AI automation solutions (voice agents, workflow automation)
    • Payment terminal setup (via our myPOS partnership)

    All services are subject to individual project agreements.

    3. Pricing & Payment

    • Current prices are listed on our Services page
    • Website projects require a 50% deposit before work begins and 50% on completion before launch
    • Ad management is billed monthly in advance
    • Card machine setup is handled through myPOS directly
    • Payment is accepted via bank transfer. Details are provided on each invoice
    • Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late payment charge of 5%

    4. Intellectual Property

    • Upon full payment, you own the website we build for you
    • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing
    • Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their own licences

    5. Limitation of Liability

    WebWeaver Ltd is not liable for:

    • Loss of revenue or data arising from website downtime
    • Third-party service failures (hosting, payment providers, ad platforms)
    • Results from advertising campaigns — we manage ads but cannot guarantee specific outcomes

    Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project.

    6. Cancellation

    • Website projects: you may cancel before work begins for a full refund. After work has started, the deposit is non-refundable
    • Ad management: cancel with 30 days' notice
    • We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client is unresponsive for more than 30 days

    7. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

    8. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
