Your garage misses calls when you're under a car. Ours answers them.
An AI receptionist that answers in your garage's name around the clock, takes the vehicle, the registration and the job, and texts the workshop before the customer has put the phone down.
£80 to set up, then £80 a month plus 16p a minute of call time.
The phone rings when both your hands are busy
You're under a car with a socket set in one hand. The phone goes in the office and nobody's near it. By the time you've washed your hands and rung the number back, that customer has already rung the next garage down the road and booked in there.
On the site's own calculator we use £180 as the average value of a missed garage or parts enquiry. Miss three a week — an MOT, a service, a set of tyres — and you're out roughly £2,340 a month in work that walked to somebody else.
It's worse out of hours. Someone's car won't start on a Sunday night, they ring the garage they've always used, they get voicemail, and they don't leave a message. You never even know the call happened.
What it does for a garage
Answers in your garage’s name, 24/7
It picks up on the second or third ring with your own greeting — the garage name, not a generic message — at half seven in the morning, during MOT day, and at midnight.
Takes the vehicle and the registration
Make, model and registration, read back to the caller to make sure it’s right, so you know what’s coming in before you ring anybody back.
Asks what the job actually is
MOT, service, diagnostics, tyres, brakes, recovery or a quote — it asks in the words your customers use and writes down what they say.
Notes how urgent it is
A car off the road on the hard shoulder is not the same as a tyre price enquiry. John sets up what counts as urgent in your yard and those messages are flagged.
Texts and emails you in seconds
The moment the call ends you get a text with the caller’s name and number and an email with the full transcript. No portal, no app, no chasing voicemail at six o’clock.
Keeps your existing number
Call forwarding on busy, on no-answer, out of hours — or on every call if you want the phone off your back entirely. Nothing is ported and nothing changes for your customers.
A call it takes while you're mid-job
SamGood afternoon, Hillside Motors — sorry, the lads are all in the workshop just now. I can take your details and get someone to ring you straight back. What can I do for you?
CallerAye, my MOT's due at the end of the month and I need it booked in.
SamNo bother. Can I take the make and model, and the registration off the car?
CallerIt's a 2016 Passat, reg is DAZ 4471.
SamThat's a 2016 Volkswagen Passat, D-A-Z four four seven one. Is there anything else you want looked at while it's in — brakes, tyres, anything?
CallerThere's a rattle at the front when I go over a bump, so have a wee look at that too.
SamGrand. And your name and the best number to ring you back on?
CallerMark Douglas, 07712 448 990.
SamThanks Mark — MOT and a front-end rattle on the Passat. That's away to the garage now and someone will ring you back to sort a day.

What it does not do
- It does not write into your garage software or your diary. A booking arrives with you as a text and an email, and you confirm the day yourself.
- It does not quote prices it hasn’t been given. If you haven’t told John a price, it takes the details and says the garage will ring back.
- It does not transfer a live caller through to your mobile as standard. It takes the details and pings you so you can ring back in a minute or two.
- It does not diagnose a fault down the phone. It records what the customer says is wrong, in their own words, and leaves the judgement to you.
